I recently adopted a cat from Cats Protection and she was in dire need of a good pamper. These guys went above and beyond to ensure Nancy had an incredible experience, every question I had was answered and just gave me such comfort in knowing my cat would be very well looked after, even with the extra attention that Nancy needed it wasn't too much. “Freddie our SharPei x Staffie is a very strong boy and can be a bit of a handful as he is not keen on getting his nails trimmed. He will struggle to get his muzzle off (not to bite but doesn't like to be restricted). Debbie was very calm and patient with him throughout the appointment. Also gave us some useful tips on nail maintenance. Very reasonable cost.”

“Outstanding!! I came in yesterday concerned over my pup with constant diarreah. He has just been on antibiotics from the vets but since getting him (now 17 weeks old) he's never had a solid stool and he's on puppy version of my older dogs food.. straight away two amazing staff members came over and gave me some good advice regarding my pup.. recommended this food and nothing was too much trouble.. came home last night, gave django his food and today.. he's had his first solid poo since iv had him. So bloody happy and he's currently bouncing round. So hats off to the staff outstanding advice and highly recommend anyone in a turmoil to pop in to warrington pets at home. Thankyou!!”

“We have used Pet Butler Terry and Christine for our two dogs (our babies) They are brilliant we now can go away knowing our pups are happy and well looked after (home from home) Our pups have a morning walk once a week they are picked up taken for an hours walk and then brought home. And once a week they go for the day so picked up an hour walk back to there house a pm walk and we pick them up for 5.30pm. If I’ve ever got stuck in work and phoned they always help out for a walk. Maisy and Missy love going and are treated as if they were there own pups. We can’t rate them enough.. plus we have made two good friends”

“Dr. Archie and his team at Victoria Park Vet are truly exceptional. When my cat Rainbow, a sweet boy, was diagnosed with kidney failure just six months after we moved from Hong Kong to the UK, I felt completely lost. Dr. Archie changed everything. He listened to my concerns, valued my input, and worked with me as a partner. His endless support and professional advice gave me the confidence to care for Rainbow at home for nearly 23 months, with a quality of life I never thought possible. It felt like Rainbow was given a second chance at life. Thanks to the team, I celebrated Rainbow’s 16th and 17th birthdays—precious moments that were like a gift. Though we didn’t reach his 18th, I’m so grateful for the time we had. In his final days, especially the very last one, Dr. Emily and the team were incredibly kind and gentle. Rainbow only ever visited their clinic in the UK, so it was comforting that he could peacefully fall asleep in a familiar place. Deciding to say goodbye to Rainbow was the hardest choice I’ve ever made, but the team made me feel so supported and at peace. I left Rainbow with the clinic for two days before his cremation. When I returned to pick him up, he looked so serene, like he was sleeping sweetly. Seeing him like that brought calm to my heart, and I could finally let go. I wholeheartedly recommend Victoria Park Vet to anyone. They’ve also cared for my four dogs with the same dedication, and I trust them to keep my dogs healthy and happy for years to come. Dr. Archie and his team don’t just care for pets—they care for the people who love them.”

“Took my dogs to be vaccinated at Grappenhall Veterinary Centre. Greeted by lovely pleasant staff on reception, the surgery smelt lovely when I walked in and was so clean and tidy. Alexa the vet was amazing in the consult and put my mind at rest- we think one of my dogs has a little heart issue and she reassured me on how to treat her going forward. I have complete faith that she will guide me through the next steps and I know that she is in safe hands. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Alexa and her team :0)”

“I have just received the pink waterproof coat for Biscuit our 18 month old West Highland Terrier. She looks absolutely gorgeous in it and it fits perfectly. “Debbie has looked after our dog Luna from when she was a puppy. Starting off with puppy house visits and moving onto day care at Debbies home. Luna has loved Debbie from day one, she now drags us down the street to Debbies door in the mornings. Debbie truly cares about the dogs she looks after and treats them as her own, giving them plenty of love, treats, exercise and play. During puppy visits Debbie provided us with updates on how Luna was putting our minds at ease whilst out at work and now we can follow her Instagram to see all the fun she has during the day. Luna loves Debbie and I would definitely recommend her for anyone looking for a dog walker/sitter.”
