“Honestly I love this GP. Everyone seems to complain about the receptionist but every time i’ve been in there i’ve never had an issue at all they’re all very kind and friendly and very well clued up too! There’s great doctors at this practice- however there is a very small minority of doctors maybe 1 or 2 that you would have to be very unlucky to get. Careless, dismissive and unhelpful - however once you know who to avoid cough Dr Watson cough and find a doctor you get along with and who cares which is most of them tbh, you will have a good experience. I’ve had a really tough time the last month and have had many appointments and they’ve always been so helpful and reassuring. Actually left one of my appointments with a smile just feeling so grateful for them helping me and being generally so lovely. Dr Price is the best i’ve come across she’s the best! I literally never write reviews but I was curious what other people thought and was genuinely shocked. The emergency appointment system is much better from when they used to make you log onto AskMyGP at 8am. Now you can call anytime from 8am to around 12 noon and then that’s when they will start to triage all of their appointments in order or priority for that day. Much fairer, don’t have to be first in the queue just have to have a priority issue. Even routine appointments are quite good now too, longest I waited for an appointment on a routine basis was around 14days. Good for a routine appointment. The late evening appointments eg at 19:30 are a really good idea and very helpful. Only downside is the pharmacy is closed at those times so you’d have to wait till the following morning to pick it up from the pharmacy downstairs. Overall great practice par the couple bad apples.”

“I needed emergency treatment late at night. The dentist and dental nurse on duty Thursday 13th were absolutely amazing. They kept me calm and took great care of me. I needed to return the evening after with a big blood clot and again the same dentist is outstanding. I would recommend this place for emergency triage. “I recently purchased a property with my wife as first time buyers and were recommended the services of JP Goldman. Although they were slightly more pricier than some of their competitors, I believe you get what you pay for. I had a very positive experience with JP Goldman who were proactive in responding to any of my queries, and were very professional in all of my dealings with them. They have streamlined the process to be as easy as possible - with software integrated with the major banks so a simple link to the bank account was possible instead of having to manually provide bank statements. Jake was helpful in the beginning of the process in laying out exactly what would be required from our side and at what point, and explaining the expected timeline of events that would follow. Later on, Gabby took over the sale in its final stages and was extremely helpful in addressing any queries I had and trying to push along the sale with the seller's solicitor and ensuring everything was in place for the completion date. We did have some issues with the property after completion date, and Gabby was great in helping us address these with the sellers' solicitor immediately, and we managed to resolve these very quickly and without hassle due to Gabby's help. Overall I was very happy with my experience with JP Goldman, hence why I wanted to show my appreciation through a very positive review. I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase or sell a property in the Trafford area, and I will definitely use them again in the future should I require these services.”

“Came in yesterday at around 7 to grab some food and a quick drink with a friend, Keira on the bar was lovely, very friendly, chatty & pours a lovely pint! Despite having a queue at the bar she still managed to keep a smile on her face and give every guest the best & quickest service possible. She even told us about a great deal on the restaurants app for two for one on the cakes, which we used to get desserts for when we was finished! The food was amazing, we had a farm giant burger and a mixed grill. Wonderfully cooked and presented! Will definitely be returning here!”

“Could not recommend the team highly enough. My cat was seriously ill when she came in to them and they did everything possible to help and take care of her. She needed x-rays, blood tests and several courses of treatment but each one was explained fully and clearly so I knew what was being done and what risks were involved. They even dealt direct with my pet insurance to process everything for me which was great.”

“Just had my kitchen done and couldn’t be happier with the result. There was clear communication throughout the job. I only had to phone the owner / ask the fitter if I had a query about ongoing work and it was sorted. Being a full, back to brick renovation, we encountered some problems we hadn’t foreseen with the joists and wiring. All this was clearly explained to us and everything has been re-done to a very high standard. The kitchen was finished yesterday and left in pristine condition.”
