“I called on the Monday Morning at 8.30 and had an appointment by 12.30 same day. I have a huge fear of the dentist, I had an infection which they prescribed Antibiotics for and an appointment for today for extraction. The service i received from Rebecca was exceptional, she was gentle knowing my fear and explained everything, she has such caring and professional manor. All the staff in the practise were fantastic. “Scheduled appointment online following an ad I saw for a free check-up on an early Friday afternoon, and I got time off work accordingly. I arrived to find nobody was at reception and the front door was closed. No response from any numbers provided either. Not at all impressed. However, Tomasz very kindly called to apologise for the inconvenience, explained that he had a family emergency and promised to rectify the issue with a free teeth whitening or £100 credit, on top of the free check-up I had originally scheduled. The service I received was very accomodating and made the whole experience very pleasant.”

“Absolutely amazing I had a dental emergency literally on my way to the airport yesterday. Went into the surgery on my way to the airport unannounced to see if they could help. The friendliest most help team of ladies at the front desk did everything to accommodate me. The dental team saw me with in 20 minutes and sorted out my issues. From time of arrival to walking out the front door was literally 30 minutes. I can honestly say best customer service and dental treatment ever. Thanks guys so much I really really appreciate it.”
