“Friendly staff. Easy to make appointments through email, messaging or phone call. I always feel welcome and feel like the advice I am given is well considered. I am generally seen on time and have never had to wait more than 10 minutes once I arrive. I'm not a fan of people opening my mouth and shoving in small vacuums and metal contraptions in there, however, I'd rather have it done here than anywhere else I've ever been to.”

The whole experience from the initial consultation, to the end fitting was pleasant. The staff were pleasant, friendly, and knowledgeable. Helpful and pleasantly chatty receptionists, reassuring and knowledgeable nurses (Lisa is very comforting), hygienists who take the time to explain what and why they are doing something, giving me a mirror to watch how I need the correct procedures to continue my treatment at home....and what can I say about Dr Mo....no wonder this practice has won so many awards. He talked me through everything he planned to do, answering any questions considerately, in easy to understand language and instils confidence in this previously nervous patient. I applaud this practice 100%. I always know how long the appointments will last and how much I will need to pay. Thank you for returning my confidence to smile and even though I no longer live in the area I have no qualms about travelling to this practice to ensure continuity and it's nice to be recognised as a returning patient.”

I think that the very fact that I have continued going here for so long speaks for itself. “Absolutely hands down the best dentist! Cath was a literal angel after my son lost both his front teeth at school. We had gone to his previous dentist who he had an awful experience with and Cath got us in straight away, made everyone aware, everyone was so kind, he wasn’t rushed, the dentist was fantastic, they couldn’t have made his experience a better one and for the first time, he actually likes going to the dentist! When my 2 year old went, the dentist put a movie on the screen for him to watch to feel calm. They go above and beyond every time. “My filling broke on my tooth days before going on holiday. Phoned Poynton dental practice on the Saturday evening and was given an appointment midday Sunday. On arrival was greeted by the dentist who was friendly and polite. He explained everything about the treatment on offer and let me decide for myself. I decided to have it refilled and will have it capped at a later day. I was given the choice of music to be played in the back ground while the procedure took place.
