“Friendly staff. Easy to make appointments through email, messaging or phone call. I always feel welcome and feel like the advice I am given is well considered. I am generally seen on time and have never had to wait more than 10 minutes once I arrive. I'm not a fan of people opening my mouth and shoving in small vacuums and metal contraptions in there, however, I'd rather have it done here than anywhere else I've ever been to.”

She always puts me at ease and although I didn’t need treatment today , when I do she is excellent. I think that the very fact that I have continued going here for so long speaks for itself. Because of his busy schedule, my latest appointments which called for emergency treatment have been with Dr Meira and, as with Dr Haffner, I am totally impressed with her professionalism and with the kindness with which she cares for her patients, neither of which can I speak too highly of. Indeed, inasmuch as one can say this of going to the dentist, I look forward to my next visit!”

“The 1st thing I should mention is that I am an absolute OCD freak and as such expected a high standard from a paid for service. I left little 'clues' around my house before leaving for work just to check and I was pleasantly surprised on my return as nothing was missed. I've never met any of the cleaning team as they have a key but when Nicola visited me initially to quote, she immediately struck me as charming, professional and I had no problem whatsoever entrusting her with the job. “We popped by to browse around the shop for car seats and prams. Laura was super helpful and on top of that she mentioned an antenatal course held in the store. We booked it and highly recommend it to expectant parents (great value!). The course is led by Rachel, an experienced midwife, an absolute star and wonderful woman. The classes are so well organised, informative and all in a lovely atmosphere. All thanks to Bashy, the shop owner, Rachel and Lauren. “I have been a patient at this practice for approximately 25 years (along with my three children). I started out as a nervous patient but that is, happily, a thing of the past! In fact, I look forward to my appointments - and so do my, now adult, children - thanks to the care we received here. I am guilty of forgetting an appointment and having to cancel at short-notice and have never encountered an issue or been made to feel guilty. I have always been treated with respect and understanding (mind you, I’m always polite and never entitled). Staff are always polite, respectful and friendly and are great communicators. In summary, I love my dental practice and really appreciate them!”

“Feel incredibly fortunate to have such a fantastic dentist in Abdul Bari. Always a friendly face, and his calm and easy demeanour makes you feel relaxed, especially in a situation that for many people is very stressful. It feels like he genuinely takes an interest in his dental patients and in getting to know their personal circumstances. That attention to detail is unusual in many lines of work, so to find it someone who you know must see 1000s of patients and mouths in between your 6 monthly visits makes you feel like you are getting an exceptional service.”

The final report is a high quality comprehensive document which details exactly what the issues are, as well as making helpful recommendations. Having AuDHD would normally cause me to have a harder time learning than some of the students, but she adapted the theory and the practical in a way that helped me understand and I feel so grateful for the intensive course which once completed, made me feel ready to continue my tattoo journey safely and professionally.
