“I visited the Vets with my cat Blackee on Wed 08/10/25 at 3.30pm for a 6 month health check, and was taken early as it was a quiet time. The lady at Reception was very friendly and helpful explaining about the Pet Health Club. I said for now I would pay as I went along as I wouldn't be using the services provided for the moment. The Vet/Nurse was helpful with Blackee's health - at the moment he is healthy and full of vitality for his age of 12. I explained that my other cat Ginny is doing really well on the joint supplement YuMove suggested by the Vet on her previous 6 month health check, as a few weeks ago she was struggling with her hind legs. Everyone at Mount Road Vets is very kind and gentle with the pets people take in, they really care how they are doing and the makes me feel confident in taking all my pets over the past few years, there. “I’ve just finished today my treatment to have an implant fitted with Mr Habibi. It’s taken just over 6 months and probably about 8 visits. I’m delighted. The only choice I’d had was denture or implant, and even though the cost of implants are very expensive I’m glad I chose an implant. I’ve paid in stages as I’ve visited and spread the cost over 6 months. Mr Habibi explains everything as it is and in 61 years is the best dentist I’ve visited, I’m more than happy with the end result and would return to him if I needed another implant or anything else under private treatment. I do have a different NHS dentist for check ups etc but would return to Mr Habibi for anything private even though the practise isn’t local to me.”

I was so scared and nervous to visit the dentist (I always have been) but mainly because it had been a while since my last dentist visit and a bad encounter I had at another dental practice. From the beginning Adrian put me at ease with his friendly and calming manner. He properly listened to me, my needs and my concerns; for once I wasn’t made to feel stupid. Adrian guided me through the appointment, explaining each step and seemed genuinely happy to help. It was also refreshing to have a dentist focus on the health of my mouth, rather than constantly trying to sell and push cosmetic products and procedures (which I have found previously). It was my far my best ever dentist appointment and I feel a lot less apprehensive about going back next time to see him. What a difference one person can make when they care! “Went to the dentist for the first time in 6 years today due to a crippling fear of going. I have to say that this is the best experience of a dentist that I’ve ever had! Aleedin was so so reassuring and friendly, didn’t make me feel ashamed or embarrassed at all and was so gentle. He didn’t do any more work than I needed at the time to get me used to going to the dentist again. Even the injections didn’t hurt too much. The nurse in there was equally as friendly and walked me through calming down whilst they cleaned my teeth. Can’t promise I won’t be scared next time, but my fear will definitely disappear over time with this dentist. I honestly can’t thank you enough! This was all on a Saturday as well when everyone wants to go home.”

“This was my first scale and polish - actually my first dental appointment in a long while - I've never had one before and was initially feeling very nervous and uncomfortable. As it turns out, I had nothing to worry about - the hygienist and assistant I saw were both so accommodating; they explained the whole process, what to expect (including letting me see and test the feeling of how each tool would work before diving in to it), how I could signal I needed a break, and even turned on the tv to give me a distraction and let me take my mind off of things. Throughout the process both women were so efficient, regularly offered to let me have a break, and when the process was done they gave me a full rundown of what to expect in the next few days to assure me it would be perfectly normal and nothing to worry about. They're obviously very well informed and know what they're doing and I honestly do not think I could have asked for a better first experience. My teeth look and feel great - thank you to you both! Additional tid bit of praise for your receptionist, as well - I just couldn't leave her out. She's so lovely and welcoming towards everyone as soon as they walk in, it really put me at ease whilst I was waiting. Everybody I've met here has been absolutely wonderful, I couldn't recommend them enough!”
