Me and my partner both have repeat prescriptions here and a few of the full time staff know our faces now and guess what, we are always courteous to them, so they’re always courteous to us. You get what you give I’m afraid. All the reviews that say that staff are abrupt and rude, I’ve lived here 5 years and used this pharmacy and no one has ever been rude or abrupt with me or my partner. The behaviour of patients I’ve witnessed in recent months has deteriorated so much. It’s the NHS, you’re not the only person that exists, sit down for 10 minutes and wait patiently, then say thank you, and have a nice day. How hard is that? I want to personally thank all the staff for their hard work and putting up with the behaviour of impatient and entitled people on a daily basis”

My car was collected day after i started the claim and a week later I had a person calling me to discuss the payout. I got the money in my account a bit more than a week after that. Never was very long on the phone line really. I called twice to check on the progress and was updated. All staff were friendly and professional. I think its all down to the fact that when people have good experiences they forget to give reviews but when experience isn’t best they straight run online.”
