“Great traditional pub. Great entertainment on Friday nights for music & karaoke. The managers are great as are the staff. Great atmosphere and lovely group of regulars. Through the day, there is a beer garden at the back which is a sun trap and great for a relaxing pint after work.”

“What a wonderful afternoon I loved it so much i only had a bottle and half of wine very welcoming felt right at home loved every minute of the day only thing was i lost my 9ct gold ring with a blue diamond in the center and white dimonties around the in a star shape ring it was what my son brought me for Christmas so it was senemental to me”

“What a lovely place. Sunday Lunch was fantastic. Freshly cooked and plentiful. The beef was cooked to perfection! Staff polite, professional and friendly. The bill was as expected which I considered reasonable for what we had. Will definitely return.”

“A real upscale place! Fabulous spacious bar with plenty of seating and large screens, lovely clean room for 3 adults sharing. Not a lot of parking but that was the only complaint. Fabulous breakfast too, even swapped out my egg for black pudding which not everywhere will do. Great and also close to other bars and Horwich centre - about a mile walk to the Bolton Wanderers ground.”

“Called in for an 80th birthday celebration, the place was clean, bar staff very pleasant, good range of beers also has 0% alcohol beers. We were allowed to use the kitchen to make cups of tea. One of the girls was called Emily who was very efficient.”

“Visited 29/04/2024, at lunch time parking was available in the limited spots at front of the building. Go in and there is the restaurant part to the right as you go in. The seabass on the potato dauphinois and green beans was very tasty, the side of salt and pepper chips was also nice. Food came quickly and both the staff looking after the group were very attentive and friendly. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

No unnecessary fuss made over a customer being disabled yet adjusted made where required (chair moved from table after being asked,not presumed thats what's required, suitable accessible bathroom, extra napkins)”

“Booked a table for 15 with pre ordered food from the menu . Young lady behind the bar was brilliant. You could see she was on her own but she got all the food out really quickly and still served behind the bar . “Attended over 30s clubbing experience. Was a fantastic atmosphere. All staff where friendly and helpful. Would recommend some drinks offers and deals on Vip booths as we booked one but couldn't buy any of the usual packages. Great night tho 5 star”
