“Looking for a place to enjoy the night with good people then this is the place. Free pool on Wednesday for those who enjoy a good game with a pint. They also have a team who have won a lot of trophies as well as the darts girls so well done for that. They have karaoke all weekend and then karaoke competition on a Monday which is fun but also you get to see Hyde for some of its good talent. Not often a place for trouble and any time there is any then it's dealt with immediately to allow the good people to enjoy their night. Also run by a brilliant landlord and landlady who are friendly to everyone and join in with the fun.”

“We always order the same meal, yes boring but it's a good way of knowing the good from the not so good, ordered the beef foo yung and chicken chow mein as we have done many times before, but have to say this evenings was exceptional!! There was no Turkey available on the Christmas menu, but there were plenty of other options available so we chose Gammon. The food was excellent quality and so delicious. “We turned up just as they were closing as we got stuck in traffic, we’re currently visiting family in the area and really wanted a Chinese before we leave tomorrow. The really kind Lady and gentleman opened the kitchen back up for us to cook our meal. We ordered a large amount of food between a few of us and it tasted absolutely delicious! Amazing portion sizes and even better prices!! We have had exactly the same from other Chinese takeaways and they’ve been much more expensive and worse in taste. “I have always walked past here because of the reviews i saw on here but because i was craving pizza so bad and passed by, i had to stop and didn't care if it was going to be terrible or not, i just wanted to give it a try. The person who took my order was quite patient and friendly because i didn't know which to order. The only con was that it took longer than expected, but on getting home and i saw the beauty in the box, I no longer bothered about the wait time. It was freshly made, hot & so tasty and it even came with a dip. I loved every bit of it. I just hope when next i visit i will have the same experience.”
