“I couldn't fault the service I received from Petstay at all. Jason was so friendly and found me the perfect pet sitter for my dog Pixie. I was initially extremely nervous as the only sitter available for my dates away was a lady with 2 dogs of her own. My dog is an only dog and is unashamedly a bit of a 'princess', so I wasn't sure how she'd cope. I have left her in kennels previously, and she didn't settle at all and lost a lot of weight, so I was uncomfortable leaving her again for 2 weeks, whilst we were away in America. I met with Dianne and her 2 dogs, when Pixie and I went for an initial home visit. Dianne is such a natural 'dog' person and is clearly very experienced at owning dogs and she made me feel so at ease and asked all the right questions about Pixie and wanted to find out as much as she could about her, to make her stay go well. We even agreed to go on a couple of walks together before Pixies stay, so I could see where Pixie would be walked and so the dogs could get use to each other beforehand. I was really nervous about leaving Pixie and thought it would spoil my holiday, to constantly be worrying about her but Dianne and I had agreed that we would keep in touch throughout the holiday with little updates and photos now and again, this meant I could really enjoy my holiday and Pixie could enjoy her time away too. After picking Pixie up she has settled back into life at home again and I would have absolutely no hesitation using Dianne again and would recommend using Petstay to anyone (and have already recommended them to my veterinary practice).”

“I'm so pleased that I found Pipeline Services to replace my old copper water supply pipe that kept on getting small leaks. It was a bigger job than first thought, as not only did they have to mole 20 meters down my drive, they also had to dig some some of the concrete garage floor. They have left everything nice and tidy as well. Big thank you to Victoria in the office who was able to be flexible with our appointments to coincide with the water board coming to move our water meter, and thank you to Michael and Lee who carried out the work. Booking system is great and means you never have to wait, often walk straight to the chair. I usually call early morning and get an appointment the same morning or early afternoon. The lads allow enough time between appointments so never rushed.”
