“If you're thinking about getting new furniture I would definitely check out this place first. Very reasonable prices that always reflect the condition of the furniture- of which the condition is usually great. There's also a delivery service which is immensely helpful. I'm not sure if there's a charge for it although I would imagine it's nominal. The cafe upstairs is lovely too. Very reasonably priced and a great selection of drinks and food. The choices range from snacks and cakes through to meals so there's something to satisfy whatever mood you're in. All raising money for such a great place in the hospice too.”

“I visit this place on and off and despite the new trend being 'smashed burgers' at other takeaways, the burgers here are far more flavourful, tastier and much better value for money:-) I've recently got back into ordering kebabs from here and to me its clearly obvious that the meat they cook is top quality as its meaty and tasty and excellent value for money! The guys in the shop are always polite and provide service with a smile! In my opinion, this is the best takeaway in Stalybridge!”

“This place has been going for years and I still remember when it was located on the opposite side of Acres Lane where the car sales garage is located now. The food has always been delicious from chips with the Chinese flavoured gravy to the excellent Chinese meals. Sun Lok has always set the benchmark for a chippy in Stalybridge and if they joined a delivery provider likeJusteat, I as well as many others would order from here more often.”

“Second time I’ve tried this chippy and both times have been great! Not sure where the bad reviews come from? Salt and pepper chips were nice and spicy and the mini veg spring rolls were perfect! Tried the curry sauce and battered sausage as well and they were great also! Will definitely be ordering from here again, our new favourite chinese!”

“Ordered a couple of times. Burgers, pizza, sides. On those occasions I have found the food to be top quality, fresh, tasty and delicious. I have seen a couple of negative reviews but I’ve had no issues whatsoever. Delivery lad was polite and fairly chipper. Worth a try”

“We ordered the AK burger and the clucking hell burger. Both absolutely delicious, generous portions and really well presented.We had the waffle with mint aero too which was amazing. I preordered and it was ready bang on time, staff are really friendly and the shop itself is really clean and modern, they should really think about opening a restaurant! The only downfall is that as it’s so close to my house I’m probably going to put all the lockdown weight back on that I’ve just tried to shift. “It nice to see local communities having somewhere safe to have refreshments, and whilst we were there we saw lots of young mothers and babies. There's also young youths calling in but no trouble at all! Bring a well behaved pet with you.”

“My little boy started here around 9 months ago & has absolutely loved it from day one. The ladies that look after him are lovely & we get updates throughout the day on their app which I love. He's come on so well, they've really helped him with his milestones like crawling and walking. We class this nursery as his home away from home as he always comes back with a smile on his face! 100% recommended!”

“Just had the ultimate breakfast and my only words are outstanding! For the price, this place cannot be making much profit on this breakfast as the portion size was huge. The food was cooked perfectly and delivered piping hot in foil containers. Highly recommended:-)”
