“This place is five ⭐ stars!! Afternoon event for a Holy Communion! Food, atmosphere and staff all amazing. A sense that they all enjoy their work!! Very clean and probably the best breakfast food I’ve had in years! Perfection!! Value for money also was a 5/5!!!! My son who has autism enjoyed his food and ate it so that’s a big compliment!!! “I just got my nails done for Xmas party at Choco Nails. I never braved enough to try red but Choco nails didn’t disappoint me with the red cat eyes, not too much but still show off the festive nails. Price are not bad for this fancy set. Staff are always friendly. I got the shape that I wanted. Definitely come back”

“Not a bad place for a bargain. Lots of products much cheaper than they are in the supermarket. They sell lots of things, food, toys, cleaning products, sweets, cards, DVD'S and other useful household items. It can get a little busy at times but it's a nice, well laid out shop.”

“Great shop for all your essentials for pets. Our Shih Tzus love the AVA Advanced Nutrition kibble for Shih Tzus and the pate in the tin. No issues at all with them refusing to eat which has happened with other brands in the past. They also drink more now as well which is good.”

“A great place to go to to get my doors and other joinery bits from. They also have very competetive pricing for skirting as well. Steve the manager is really friendly and is happy to discuss pricing or any other product related matter (and great to banter with as well!) as well as Lauren and Nat who go out of their way to help me out when the customer wants me to fit them their doors yesterday. Nick (and Ollie) are great too in the warehouse and run a really afficiant ship out there comes rain or shine. I can't think of another local business that is so driven and trade orientated then my local prestwich branch, keep it up!”

Before I had them done they were virtually non existent but Jess created a lovely shape and colour to suit me. “Finally got a chance to write this review I booked my two little boys for hairdo style (a bit of gel) for my two young boys at Studio 8 barbers on the day of a family wedding. We turned up, and they said we had no appointment and had booked the wrong date (I did not, I mentioned the date twice at time of booking). I was freaking out as the wedding was in 1 hour. The barbers did not offer any advice/help, very cold towards us, and we walked out in a panic. Frantically, ran to The HIVE Barbers and we were welcomed with open arms. Did not have an appointment but kindly offered to help and calmed us down straight away. Styled both boys hair with a little gel, all done in less than 5 mins and didn't even charge a penny. Boys looked really smart, and style lasted all day. So so grateful for a kind-hearted, caring local business who actually care for local residents and went out his way, knowing the circumstances around the importance of the day. Did not profit a penny, yet gained a lot of respect and have spread of this kind, wonderful business. This happened summer 2024, sorry for late review.”

“I love this place, what an absolute gem. Been going here for years and it’s always like coming home to friends. My nails are always perfect. The audacity of some young girls leaving bad reviews for gorgeous small local businesses is laughable! Please ignore the teenagers in the reviews, they seemingly got upset because they don’t understand the need for local businesses to put in place cancellation policies, to protect the income of their staff. And then the friends of this girl started a pile on! Shame on them. Please respect local business policies girls, don’t hurt such a great place with your lies. Let’s be kind. :)”

“Kim is just amazing at what she does, I get my Botox, lips and threads done by her and always feel totally relaxed she explains everything so through before anything. She is so gentle and honestly can say I don’t feel a thing ever, wouldn’t go to anyone else now Iv found Kim! “There are not enough words to describe just how AMAZING Mandy is! We are relatively new to Hot Doggy's but every time we have collected our little girl she looks like she's in a beauty pageant! Mandy is so precise with the way she cuts and styles dogs, I haven't seen anything like it before (not to mention how beautiful our girl smells after she's been pampered!). From first meeting Mandy there was just such a positive vibe and you can tell just how much care and love she has for the dogs she grooms. We honestly couldn't ask for anyone better to groom our girl. Mandy is just flawless and such a warm and kind lady. (Seeing little Arthur on our visits too is just the cherry on top! He's gorgeous!)
