The pens are very spacious and have lots of toys to keep them entertained. We know he’s in safe hands and honestly couldn’t recommend this place enough!”

“Katie did a fantastic job with our end-of-tenancy clean. The tenant had left the property in an absolutely horrendous state, but Katie quickly took care of everything. Her communication was amazing from start to finish, and she was incredibly friendly and professional. She arranged for rubbish and furniture to be removed and disposed of, followed by a deep clean—all at short notice. The transformation was incredible—the place was a million times better afterwards! Louise (Dr. Bradshaw’s personal assistant), and the clinic’s receptionists, Bernadette and Haley, are knowledgeable, welcoming and cheery. We get so many compliments on how well our show spaniel is trimmed and it’s a testament to Lucy’s experience and professionalism. Her communication and reminders are brilliant and pricing is very reasonable for the level of service she provides. Lucy shows much pride in her work and care for our dog and it is evident she is like this with all of her dogs based on how busy she is with all of her regular clients! We have used a bigger groomer company previously when our dog was a pup and he was so overwhelmed with the noise and other dogs he used to come out shaking and so stressed; Lucy’s 1:1 set up is absolutely perfect, especially for more nervous dogs and we haven’t looked back.”
