“An absolute godsend! We spent six weeks with Ronald McDonald after our son was born three months early. Rather than battle an hour of traffic every day, we got the opportunity to stay on site near him. My only complaints are about the other guests not cleaning up after themselves or spilling their food across the shared fridge. But I cannot fault the charity for the behaviour of its guests. I'll always be thankful to the team for making us feel welcome!”

“A hidden gem. My son had his 5th birthday party there today and had a fantastic time. The staff (especially our party host and who l believe to be the manager) went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and were so accommodating- nothing was too much trouble, nothing felt rushed and all the children looked like they were having a great time. “Wonderful soundproofing for a city location. Didn't hear traffic, banging doors or anything during the night. Very comfy bed, powerful shower, clean and useful facilities. Also lovely friendly lady on reception. Late checkout brilliant too. The beefeater attached to it is great as well. We arrived very tired from long journey and took advantage of the special offer for dinner and breakfast. Food was delicious, portions good and Holly our waitress was brilliant.”
