“We came on a Sunday, having been to an event in Manchester the night before. Looked this place up online for being open, having a good menu, and for being accessible as I was on crutches and wearing a surgical boot. All the boxes were ticked, and the welcome was brilliant, the lady owner was a lovely smiling hostess. The food was good, served quickly, piping hot and just what we wanted. Even on a Sunday, sited in a mainly industrial area, the cafe was busy and it is probably packed during the week. Lots of lovely thoughtful touches. All round, a great choice. Thank you”

Prices are competitive. We generally go for the standard fish and chips or kebab meat and chips and both options are really good. The fish is flaky and soft with a delicate and tasty batter.
