“After being diagnosed with Bells Palsy, a condition where half of the face loses complete functionality I contacted Dr Bian and was told I would need around 10 sessions of accupuncture to cure the condition. GP told me 2-6 months recovery, but after 5 sessions in 2 weeks I was well on the mend. I am continuing with my treatment and feel better after every session. Dr Bian makes you feel really relaxed and is very considerate as to how you are feeling at every stage of the acupuncture process. Highly recommend this place.”

I arrived to find nobody was at reception and the front door was closed. No response from any numbers provided either. Not at all impressed. However, Tomasz very kindly called to apologise for the inconvenience, explained that he had a family emergency and promised to rectify the issue with a free teeth whitening or £100 credit, on top of the free check-up I had originally scheduled. The service I received was very accomodating and made the whole experience very pleasant.”

“Eastwood Clinic is a clean and welcoming place, as soon as you walk through the door there is a friendly atmosphere from all the staff. The service is very efficient and the practitioners operate in a professional but personable way. As an English person I had no understanding or experience of Chinese medical practises before I came to Eastwood. I have a number of health conditions that I heard acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine could really help to improve. I didn't know what to expect when I first went to the clinic, Dr Venus Lai gave me a very thorough consultation and explained to me my health condition in Chinese Medical terms, I was very impressed by the detailed analysis of my health and Dr Lai was very patient to answer all of my questions. I then received acupuncture treatment which I was very interested (and a little bit nervous to try!) Dr Lai (or Dr Kidney as she is known!) talked me through each step as she applied needles to specific points (first in my legs and feet) that were appropriate to improve my specific health issues. I was then left to relax and let the needles take effect on my nervous system and improve my blood circulation. I was so relaxed that I fell asleep! Since then I have been going back regularly to Eastwood clinic and have seen an improvement in my health, particularly to my blood circulation. Together with a regular prescription of herbal medicine and acupuncture treatment I have noticed a significant change in my condition. I will keep going to Eastwood Clinic and highly recommend to anyone to go there for the treatment and amazing staff!”

I’ve been working with the Skylight Healing Room (SHR) remotely for some time now, I moved to NZ from the UK 8 years ago, and now I’m in Oz, but one thing has remained constant, my work with SHR. “Such a lovely experience. Had the Mix and Match Spa treatments here today - salt scrub, massage and facial, and can't recommend the spa and the staff highly enough. I'm pregnant and was a little nervous before I went, but my therapist, Aimee, was brilliant. She made sure I was comfy and that my bump was supported throughout. The treatments were excellent and felt like real luxury. Aimee worked specifically on my extra tight muscles - not something you usually get at a cosmetic spa, so that was a huge unexpected bonus. The spa atmosphere itself is lovely, great products and lovely staff throughout my visit. Would definitely recommend!”
