“Needed to have my daughter's screen replaced on her brand-new Samsung phone as she dropped it on concrete only 2 weeks after receiving it for her birthday. A Gentleman named Mo who is very polite and professional quoted for and fixed the phone the same day. I didn't need an appointment, the phone was fixed in just over an hour. He also put a screen protector on the phone the prevent any future scratches or bumps. Mo had plenty of knowledge about tech and I was confident in his ability to get the job done for a reasonable price. Thanks Mo, will recommend you in the future!”

“Fergus has been attending DogsZone for the last few months & I can honestly say the staff are so friendly & helpful & seem to really enjoy the company of the dogs. Fergus has some health issues with his stomach & staff sometimes feed him for me & this often isn’t easy as he’ll lose his appetite but they always persevere. I receive videos & photos all day of Fergus & the other dogs playing indoors & outdoors which is very reassuring. I highly recommend DogsZone!”

“I initially came across Lily Arkwright online while searching for a wedding ring for my wife. After seeing a ring I liked, I booked an appointment at the Manchester branch. I had a 15-20 minute meeting with Klaudia who was incredibly helpful in providing information on the different types of diamond rings available and I placed my order. The timescales were a little tight before the wedding and still the ring arrived with plenty of time to spare and I was constantly updated on the progress of the order. The ring was exactly as expected and my wife loved it. We revisited the branch after the wedding for a small size adjustment free of charge and also decided to have the ring engraved. Again, the service was seamless and the ring was delivered again, much earlier than the estimated arrival date.
