“Went to purchase some toys for my sons birthday today. One was a twin pack of monster trucks. I asked the lady if we could choose particular ones. Usually you just get what you get but she was amazing and went to check if they had the one we wanted. They didn't so she then rang Elk Mill to see if they had the one we wanted and offered all help she could to find the particular ones. Unfortunately she couldn't find them but was so lovely and let us choose between what they had in. Usually nobody would do this so i was so grateful to her. “Hi, been in this shop several times both as a customer and as a courier / delivery driver. The people that own and run this business are a credit to their profession. Always willing to help with deliveries even offering cold drinks through the hot weather ! To top all this off, last week I visited the shop to get a watch fixed only for the guy to do it instantly there and then. I was so impressed and asked him the cost of the repair to which he replied don’t worry about it it only took me a short time so it’s ok I won’t charge. Wow just wow !
