Our time delivery was 45 mins to an hour was with us in 45 minutes,neatly packed and in proper sealed tin foil cartons and piping hot !! “Today I have been to river island, the kids section .I have been assisted by Shaun who was absolutely fabulous, he was fast efficient and really helped me to find the specific item I looked for my daughters.He was kind , and very dedicated to his job , being very polite all time even if my toddler was not at her best behaviour. He was tidying , serving, rushing to the cashier and with a lovely smile on his face. This is the kind of employee you want to have in your team. Also he went extra mile for me as my toddler throw away her shampoo toy with stitch design, and I was happily impressed when I come back couple of hours later to the store he recognised me and said ‘Let me guess you come for the stitch toy ☺️’. Thank you very much for your kindness today. Well done. Defintely coming back to this shop as staff is always nice ☺️”
