I went there yesterday they changed my tires and fixed a puncture for a very good price, and even topped up my oil and screen wash for free. The owners are incredibly nice and make sure every customer is happy – they even offered me a drink and chatted with everyone who came in, creating a really friendly atmosphere. “This is a small shop compared to some but they pack a lot of products in. The staff are very helpful especially christine who i seem to have most dealings with. I have recently bought a new vape and i am so pleased with it, i started going in here for my regular liquid which is usually waiting in a box behind the counter with my name on it. If you ask about something that catches your eye from thier display then they are very happy to tell you about it but dont push you to buy anything. I drive out of my way to go here mainly for the customer service. I would highly recommend.”

“Andrew was so lovely, and he took a design both me and my husband to be had deigned so it had a bit of both of us on it and made it come to full fruition! He had also designed a ring for my Nanna, a few years back, so after she had passed away & I had inherited it, then had it stolen from me I wanted it recreated in white gold. So very kindly, Andrew dug out the design specs for me, sized my finger and it was also perfect! I won’t go anywhere else for my jewellery needs/wants, and I would ONLY USE HIS NAME if anyone asked me for a recommendation! I suggest everyone who want a fair price for any kind of jewellery bespoke or otherwise, to go to see him themselves before going anywhere else! In the pictures, the two hands you can see our wedding bands and the recreation on my middle finger, Andrew also made the ring in the second picture for my grandfather when he first opened his shop I believe, but it was being worn by my father in this picture, and the third picture gives you a better look at my wedding ring, it’s a white gold spinner with a small black diamond and filigree letters all the way around saying, I will love you forever, in Spanish! “My son is on the spectrum and used to have long hair as he couldn't stand to be touched on his head to have it cut, we tried a few places and he'd become really distressed and anxious, so we left it. Then when he was 5 he decided on his own that he wanted to have shorter hair so we decided to try here (altrincham branch) based on positive reviews and a recommendation from someone at my sons school. He loves it, he's been visiting here for about a year now. He has Chelsea to cut his hair and he really likes her, she's patient with him and respects his sensory boundaries, she makes him feel listened to, he loves how she uses praise led encouragement and calls him a superstar and a funny bunny. He looks forward to coming for his hair cut now and calls it time to visit his friend Chelsea! It's a bit of a journey in for us, about an hour if there's bad traffic (and traffic CAN be tricky on washway road sometimes) but we consider it to be worth it due to the positive experience had upon arrival. I can't stress enough how distressing haircuts were for him prior to finding this place and we gave up completely because it would always end in screaming, panicked, anxious sobbing. But once he had made up his own mind that he wanted to try a proper haircut - I couldn't recommend here enough as a perfect starting point to begin your child's haircutting journey/experience.”
