“Today I lost a huge filling and was in such pain. I rang up and they got me in straight away because there had been a cancellation. I now have a temporary filling and the pain has subsided...I have an appointment for my real one soon. I can't thank them enough for getting me in. I am a very very nervous patient too, and they are so kind and caring here. Also I'm not an NHS patient (no spaces unfortunately but we all know that's a national issue) and I think the prices are extremely fair especially considering the level of service.”

“I can’t thank Yew Tree Vets enough for the incredible care they gave to my dog, Buddy. He recently had to have his tail amputated, and from start to finish the team went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable and well looked after. Buddy is quite an anxious dog, but they were so patient and gentle with him, helping to put him at ease throughout the whole process. A very special mention to Ocean, the vet who carried out his surgery – she was absolutely amazing and made sure Buddy was cared for every step of the way. Her kindness, skill, and compassion made a difficult experience so much easier. I’m so grateful for the exceptional care they provided – Buddy is recovering well thanks to them. “Daisie, our fit, never ill 13.5 yr old Bichon Shih Tzu cross, was going off her food and had become very lethargic. She didn't want to jump in or out of the car, which was NOT like her at all. The next day I noticed she wobbled slightly one day after she came down stairs. I thank God I did. I was sure something was wrong, so we took her to our normal vets that day, and they referred us to VetsNow for a CT scan, within 2 hours, which showed a mass on her spleen. As there weren't any others we decided to operate, dispite her age, as she was normal very fit and healthy. Vets Now were wonderful, very kind, understanding, approachable and knowledgeable. NOTHING was to much trouble, all the staff were lovely. We know Daisie was lucky, her operation was curative. Whilst we were at Vets Now we saw just how dedicated they all are to saving your pets life, and how compassionate they are. I would not hesitate to take any of my pets to Vets Now again if their situation was life threatening. Daisie is now well on her way to a full recovery, and we're hoping to have her for a few more years yet. As far as the cost are concerned, yes, it was more expensive and came as a bit of a surprise, but on the flip side they are open 24/7, they are VERY well kitted out and basically just waiting to help your pet.”
