“I have used Copperbeech Boarding for both my cat and my dog for a number of years .prior to the dog we have I had a reactive dog which Copperbeech were happy to board on a one to one basis. They posted photos of my dog in their conservatory looking so happy ,I was amazed as I wasn't even sure staff would get near him let alone have him out of his kennel. They look after my cat as well who isn't always happy to be kept inside at the best of times and be grumpy,but they let him have a wander round the cattery. It's a first class business and nothing is too much trouble to make your pets stay a happy relaxed one.”

“I had a weird experience at first, nobody really seemed to pay attention to me whilst I was waiting because I came through a referral. They didn’t even bother to learn my name and that was so weird. I met with the pharmacist, Lawrence and he was really nice and reassuring. He listened to my complains and made a note of everything. He didn’t try to water down my symptoms, he was very very nice. He also learned my name and called me by my name all through the consultation.”

“I have been visiting this Costa for at least 13 years maybe more. I have always enjoyed the quality of the coffee but a couple of weeks ago I was visiting Costa with my daughters and just as I had given my order I received some unexpected news via a phone call and i had to leave the store to continue the conversation. Whilst i did this my teen daughters stayed in the store where two members of staff kindly continued to serve them their drinks and get them seated. When I returned into Costa, the two members of staff could see i was overwhelmed and offered kindness and helped complete my order. Today I revisited the same Costa and was greeted by the same members of staff who remembered who I was and asked how things were and said they had been thinking of me. This absolutely blew me away, Costa management and head quarters should be so proud and honoured to have such kind and caring people working for their company, the names of these very special people are Nikki and Amy. Thank you to these ladies for showing such compassion, your moment of kindness and giving me your time has filled me with such positivity and strength.
