“Absolutly brillient! I phoned early Monday morning with an abscess on a molar. I was seeing Paul soon after 11am. At the risk of making him blush he was so good. Very reassuring to this very slightly stressed 70+ year old. Explained everything without talking down to me. I came away with antibiotics and minus a wisdom tooth. She and Tan and the other customer (a lovely lady who works in a secondary school locally) were just so nice and warm and friendly. I went for a natural colour in gel and I’m so impressed. “I just want to say thank you to the vets for taking care of my buddy Ozzy on his last night on this cosmic rock. I live up in Newcastle so sadly I was not down here when my parents took him in. However I came to collect his ashes today and it made me happy to see how much the staff cared about everyone’s pals who get brought in and the love they have for pets even if it was a short interaction, I am glad he was in loving hands at the end. Thank you for the card and paw prints too it means a lot to me and my family who are spread around the world who couldn’t be here at this time. I know he visited a few times over the years, he was always taken great care of. Finally thank you for the beautiful packaging of the ashes, I will be taking them up north to the cliffs he was last with all of my family.
