“Fabulous gym. I started 6 years ago when my son was in a ninjas class to fill the time, I go 3-4 times a week now and it’s been amazing for my fitness and energy. I’ll be going for black belt at my next grading! It’s totally inclusive, everyone is encouraged to reach their best regardless of age, fitness level etc. Lots of different classes to choose from in timetable and great facilities. Top class coaches who invest in all students. My daughter goes now as well and she loves it. Welcoming, respectful culture. Very lucky to have this place round the corner. I’d recommend it to anyone.”

“Zero gravity has honestly changed my life in so many ways. I joined zero gravity just over a year a go with no confidence, no body strength and definitely a lot of extra weight. Since joining my confidence has improved dramatically, I have lost over 3 stone in weight and I still surprise myself every lesson with how much stronger I am. All the instructors are absolutely amazing! They fill you with so much confidence and are so helpful and encouraging. If there is anything you want to work on or improve on they are always there to help. They offer so many different types of workshops and classes from stretch to flow to handstands and believe me I have tried them all. My flexibility has progressed unbelievably since joining there stretch classes. There pole classes are so enjoyable and everyone is so encouraging of each other. It feels just like a family. They even offer private classes where you can choose areas to work on or help with progression. There is literally something for everyone! Absolutely love being a Gravity Girl!”

“We come up from the south for a few days, we took our cocker spaniel puppy Lola who was 6 months old at the time. She’s never been in a day care before and the way she came out was unbelievable she didn’t wanna go home she loved it so much there! We saw photos on Facebook on how the day was going and she looked like she was having such an amazing time. When we took her back for the 2nd day she couldn’t be more excited to go! After struggling to get my pup to eat his food consistently, Kevin kindly offered me a free sample to try the premium pet food. I had to go back the following day and purchase a bag, as my pup was so eager to eat it and also seemed more contented after meal times.”

“There are not enough words to describe just how AMAZING Mandy is! We are relatively new to Hot Doggy's but every time we have collected our little girl she looks like she's in a beauty pageant! Mandy is so precise with the way she cuts and styles dogs, I haven't seen anything like it before (not to mention how beautiful our girl smells after she's been pampered!). From first meeting Mandy there was just such a positive vibe and you can tell just how much care and love she has for the dogs she grooms. We honestly couldn't ask for anyone better to groom our girl. Mandy is just flawless and such a warm and kind lady. (Seeing little Arthur on our visits too is just the cherry on top! He's gorgeous!)
