“The food was spot on, came out nice and hot. Service was quick and efficient. The atmosphere was really nice, it’s clean and it’s was cosy. There was loads of parking too so that wasn’t an issue. Food came out on time, and we didn’t have to wait for long at all. Only thing was the veg Manchurian dish was very very small. Other then that everything else was perfect.”

“We overall love this bar and have been coming on and off for years. We first visited many years ago before they installed air con, and our complaint then was how warm it got when busy, the adding of the air con is brilliant. In recent days, we've become regulars. Where to start with the praise? Great vibe, musicals on the screens and lovely clean toilets. Lee, the doorman, is brilliant. A model bouncer and doorman. Last year, we unfortunately had an experience with a straight man who became aggressive to us and we told the bar staff who got Lee, whom proceeded to kick him out with 0 hassle to us and made us feel safe. This is our only bad experience in 5+ years of coming here as the place is great. The cocktails are inventive, delicious and bright to look at. Their new movie night Mondays is a great initiative and their changing boards of cocktails often based on musicals that have come to the city, are brilliant. The bar staff are so smiley, pleasant and love a laugh. One remembers my order every time which is special to us to be remembered. Our only complaint now, is that they're so busy some nights we never have anywhere to sit. But we're so happy they're full and business is booming!”

“Uniqlo is one of the best every day stores going at the moment. I love the fact you can buy synthetic items all the way up to Merino and cashmere. Great everyday practical clothes at good prices and the service is always consistent.”

“I visited The Oxnoble on a Sunday with a friend who had been before for their Sunday roast. She mentioned the concept had changed a bit, but regardless, the Sunday roast was absolutely delicious! Our waiter, Sean, was super friendly and made the experience even better (he recommended the cauliflower chees and OMG soo good). I would definitely recommend The Oxnoble to anyone visiting Manchester for the weekend!”

“Always worth a visit. The staff are welcoming, the drinks menu offers a great selection, and the club has a premium feel compared to others in Manchester. The dancers are professional, friendly, and respectful, creating a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. “As an international traveler I was pleasantly surprised at the way I was treated with my friends. There was understandable caution from the door team but after a positive interaction with the head door person we were allowed entry, there was quite a few of us . We all go out ID checked and that was humorous. The venue was just what we needed the place and the music was amazing. The staff were incredibly friendly and we had had an absolute blast! Thank you so much everybody at the Brewers, credit where credit is due!”

“I’ve ordered cocktails from the drinks drop a few times now and it’s been ace every time. Great menu, really great drinks and they arrive as expected ready for the weekend.... I've already recommended to loads of mates who all loved it also, so can’t recommend highly enough. Brilliant!”

“I didn’t have high hopes for this place after reading some of the reviews posted here. However, we booked it as part of a ‘Date Night’ package with the Macdonald Hotel and I have to say I was actually very impressed with both the food and the service. I ordered fish and chips and my husband ordered the burger. My fish and chips was possibly the best I’ve ever had at a restaurant - perfectly cooked fish with the chunkiest chips I’ve ever seen! It came with a generous dollop of tartare sauce which was absolutely delicious. My husband’s burger also looked yummy - a proper thick juicy burger, well garnished and with a decent portion of fries. The waiting staff who served us were very polite and efficient too. I don’t think there’s anything I could find fault with. If I had to be picky about anything I’d say the air conditioning was possibly a bit on the chilly side but it didn’t make our evening any less enjoyable.”

“Popped in because it just looked interesting. Saw "Tameside" gin and was intrigued. I asked the barman to surprise me. He made me a Blood Orange Gin and Lemonade and it was absolutely fantastic. He told me a bit about the origin of it and knew his products. I can heartily recommend you at least pip in for 1 and sit in what is a truly lovely place while you enjoy a delicious glass of gin. Fantastic.”

“The flowers for my Dad's funeral were beautiful. I didn't want real flowers as this wasn't a burial and they'd be wanted I wanted something more sustainable. Eternal flowers delivered and collected them to and from the funeral directors. It's was simple and hassle free and really took the pressure off at a time that is highly emotional and stressful. Thank you so much I highly recommend this alternative to real flowers, they are very affordable and make a big impact.”

“Went here for my sister’s 30th for Sunday lunch with my family. The food was incredible and the gravy was so shiny and delicious and there was loads of it! A true northern restaurant. My grandpa also has dementia and we requested that the food was served quickly. They were very accommodating. Can’t wait to come back and try the small plates.”

“A great little bar with a good selection of changing beers on draught and an extensive selection of bottled beers which you can also drink in the bar with a small additional charge. There is some outside seating too. Well worth a visit if you are in Prestwich.”
