“Went to purchase some toys for my sons birthday today. One was a twin pack of monster trucks. I asked the lady if we could choose particular ones. Usually you just get what you get but she was amazing and went to check if they had the one we wanted. They didn't so she then rang Elk Mill to see if they had the one we wanted and offered all help she could to find the particular ones. Unfortunately she couldn't find them but was so lovely and let us choose between what they had in. Usually nobody would do this so i was so grateful to her. I can’t thank the staff on T3 at Oldham Hospital enough for the compassionate care they’ve shown my mum over the past three weeks. They have truly gone above and beyond. “I attended the eye clinic last week with an urgent follow up appointment. I arrived early and was met by a lovely, friendly receptionist. She immediately put me at ease. Shortly after I had my eye sight tested by a nice man. I was then called in by Josh for scans, who again was very friendly and welcoming. After a few more minutes I was seen by the consultant, Mr. Grassi. He was very professional and polite. The whole experience was absolutely brilliant thank you.”
