“Jess and Chelsea have proven to be commited to providing customers with the very best experience. They are endearing, warm, kind and helpful. Not just towards me but how I observed them helping other customers too. I had a situation where my ring caused an allergic reaction with my skin. I hadn't kept my receipt from 2 weeks prior. Yet Store Manager Chelsea along with Jess saw to it that I was supported in contacting Customer Services, even speaking directly with them in my behalf. The customer service were very understanding of my situation allowed me to trade in the ring up to the lowest Value its been on record. I'm very grateful to the staff. The store is in great hands under Chelsea's management. As for Jess, I learned today she is a temp for Christina's holidays. You would be a fool to let her go. “My son had some basketball trainers and the paint had started chipping on them . I took them to blue Bee sneaker and they worked their magic! They managed to touch up the paint loss areas beautifully - the colours matched spot on and you wouldn't know they'd had paint chip off. Service was great and turnaround was fast.”

Have been to another place the owner had before this shop to find my granddaughter a bracket and got a perfect 1 for her that has a butterfly on it absolutely perfect. So when my daughter wanted a bracelet for her birthday then we wanted to go to the same jewellers so we went to his new place and it was definitely worth the trip. She looked at some that were on display then asked to look at a couple and was shown them and got passed the 2 she liked too have a closer look. She chose 1 of them so both times I've been they've had exactly what I have wanted.”

“Andrew was so lovely, and he took a design both me and my husband to be had deigned so it had a bit of both of us on it and made it come to full fruition! He had also designed a ring for my Nanna, a few years back, so after she had passed away & I had inherited it, then had it stolen from me I wanted it recreated in white gold. So very kindly, Andrew dug out the design specs for me, sized my finger and it was also perfect! I won’t go anywhere else for my jewellery needs/wants, and I would ONLY USE HIS NAME if anyone asked me for a recommendation! I suggest everyone who want a fair price for any kind of jewellery bespoke or otherwise, to go to see him themselves before going anywhere else! In the pictures, the two hands you can see our wedding bands and the recreation on my middle finger, Andrew also made the ring in the second picture for my grandfather when he first opened his shop I believe, but it was being worn by my father in this picture, and the third picture gives you a better look at my wedding ring, it’s a white gold spinner with a small black diamond and filigree letters all the way around saying, I will love you forever, in Spanish! “What an absolute gem of a place, huge place filled with all sorts of wonderful bits and pieces. Two floors of excellent quality good sturdy furniture. If you find a piece but its not quite the right colour have a chat with them and they see what they can do to lighten/darken it to suit you. Excellent find lovely place. even lovelier people that run the place (so sorry My memory is shocking when it comes to names) nothing it to much for them. The final piece exceeded our expectations by miles, they look amazing and perfectly blend with the new fireplace too.
