She is so friendly and even though I have not bought anything from her shop did not hesitate to help me! I live in Stockport but if I did reside in the Wilmslow area I would go and thank her personally. Unfortunately I do not drive. She is a true professional and so kind and helpful.”

Fantastic customer service form start to finish from initial consultation with Jenna, to site coordinator visits. Jan did a fantastic job painting my cabinetry. “Initially we had lot of apprehension about buying kitchen at Nolte, as we had not heard the name also had not got any friends who had installed it. All that was cleared once we went to Nolte, Wilmslow. Navid was our kitchen designer who helped from design, delivery and installation. He was really good, we had some hiccups as the building was not completed when the kitchen was delivered, Navid then arranged it to stored for us. There was some damages caused by delivery, Nolte were very kind to replace it and Paul, the fitter, came down on Saturday to fit the replacement. In whole Nolte worked as excellent team to deliver our beautiful kitchen!!!! Thanks to the team and special thanks to Navid and Paul.”

I’m really glad I came because Khuram (owner) was very attentive and took time out to find the items I needed. When I needed to exchange an item, he was really nice about it. “As a man about to turn 40 I would describe this as a modern style barbers (where the quality of cut is Salon standard) but with the great community feel that you used to get in the old shops I remember as a kid (the ones everyone went to). They're friendly, kind. I see a lot of parents taking their boys there ages 7 and up so they must be pretty good that that. I've been going there since lockdown and I've rarely stayed with 1 barbers so long. Olly (owner) or Ollie K, you get a great cut and a nice chat.”

“My partner booked Ela for a surprise date night! It was ‘nice’ .. I asked for olives while ordering my drink and was told no? Thought this was odd! But Nevermind! Order was olives, Saganaki (just tasted like very burned cheese) a trio of dips with hummus, a cheese pastry thing (can’t remember the name) mixed grill, Kleftiko - Wasn’t the best? Watery and flavourless (I had had it elsewhere and thought the same so maybe it just isn’t for me?) not sure I would recommend or go back! But I do know other people who really like it!”

“The shop is lovely and the staff very helpful. I am very disappointed in the foam cleaning sticks. I have been buying these for years, but won't buy again. The foam is so inferior it doesn't even survive one cleaning job before it breaks down. Also I bought the air fryer cleaner. Read the instructions not to be used on the element. This is the part that needs cleaning. Everything else is easy with a damp cloth.”

She kept in touch every step of the way when decisions were needed with colours, wallpaper, finishing touches; always able to offer advice on the right products to use. Firstly a joiner who was doing other work for us said he had never seen a better kitchen and that there are not many companies in the country who build to this quality. “It's not a huge place but they do have some fantastic tattooists & that's the main reason why you go here as it's clean and you get a really good tattoo done. Olivia is very good, she talks through everything you want & will suggest ideas prior to working on you. Rates are comparable with other shops so they are fair. Parking is the only issue coming here as there is no outside parking so you have to use a multi storey up the road.”
