They sourced the correct bathroom cabinet hinges after I bombarded them with photos - plus they sent them out FOC as I had previously misordered twice due to my ignorance. Pretty rare these days so highly recommended.”

I came here 2 days ago on Wednesday (14th) Valentine’s Day and I honestly had one of the best retail/ in store experiences ever!!! I came here 7 years ago in 2017 to get my ears re pierced and now I’ve just had my nose Piercing done and what an incredible amazing comforting experience I had!!! Literally met the most lovely and genuine people Alexandra and Jessica! Who are such a vibe to be around! Both are so lovely and comforting. We definitely had a good laugh lol. They were so professional and hands on with everything. Easy to chat to and get along with. That’s the reason I went ahead and put my trust in them got my nose piercing done and safe to say I’m so pleased and I love my piercing. I’m so glad I went ahead with it. Jessica the manger is so sweet and polite and Alexandra is so nice and funny. Both are amazing individuals who make Claire’s look and feel good. Fun and good vibes everywhere! They definitely know what they are doing and make every customer feel welcome. They exceed every expectation and help their customers effortlessly. I have seen this over and over again. What a lovely store with the best people honestly!!!! If you need a Piercing or any jewellery shopping etc this is the place to come to! You’re in safe hands and will definitely enjoy your shopping experience with these lovely girls around! 10/10 for everything!! See you soon girls :)) definitely will be coming more!”

Yes delivery wasn't between 3-5 working days as stated because when you purchase something they have to do a background check then need your ID to prove your age. But once that's completed and you give them what they need then it will get sorted and delivered straight away. And for the messages, sometimes a day or two to respond but they don't have 8 arms. I'm happy with my purchase and will defo be buying again. Thank you :)”

“I have been using Village cars for about 3 months solidly now - while I await on my car to be fixed, and periodically before then. Everytime I've needed a taxi, apart from once, the taxi has arrived within 5 mins. All the cars, except 1, have been immaculate and modern, and the drivers have all been friendly. This is obviously just my experience, but I have used them a lot within the last 3 months so feel my judgement is a fair one. Thank you Village Cars!”
