She helped us find one item and we were looking for another that we had seen online, she found there was only one in stock but not where it would have been expected, however she searched, enquired with other staff, and found the item we wanted. I bought my sofa from IKEA a few months ago, £1,300, 2 weeks to deliver and had to pay £70 for someone to assemble it a week later. Just bought a better quality single seater out of here for £135, delivered, set up and even helped get it in by moving my desk on the SAME DAY. Whether you care about supporting local businesses or you value getting what you want quickly without paying through the nose, I highly recommend this place.
