The dental practice is always very well maintained and the staff are efficient. Also, the location is easily accessible by train or bus, and there is parking available.”

“Bit late as it was a couple of yrs ago after being butchered by my own dentist. Tried googling as I’ve got the same problem again. (What happened last time - I needed a tooth extraction and due to past experience the dentist I had before always dressed any extractions due to my blood not clotting well. She told me to tell any other dentists in the future so when she left & a new lady started & I needed another extraction I told her n she accused me of trying to tell her how to do her job! She didn’t dress it. Within an hour of leaving I was back in the chair n she put more pain injections to the point my mouth was that swollen my I could hardly breathe. She stocked me up then she left her shift. I was in agony all night! Next day I got an emergency appointment here as mine was closed. The lady here that treated was going mad at the state of me. She cleaned me up, DRESSED the area and within mins the pain started getting better! Never seen the new one from my own dentist again (think she was sacked) - ffward to today. Had another extraction on thurs by new male, I am in a lot of pain, huge lump on side of my face. Took over 18hrs for bleeding to stop despite him putting some type of brown fibre stuff inside. He split my gums a few mm in 5 places & split my lip during extraction. (I’ve had 7 pulled up to now due to complications with health n no fault of my own) so I’m gunna ring these on Monday n hopefully they will look after me as good as last time. (The woman who helped last time was romanian and was absolutely LOVELY with me & very very gentle x”

“I and my wife are very lucky to find a very good dentist, Mr. saeid. He is very skillful and knowledgeable. Before I came to see him, I had very poor experience. The previous dentist had broken two of my teeth. I thought it would very difficult to get the residue out. Surprisingly, Mr. saeid has got them out easily. I feel no pain at all. He is one of those best dentists who knows how to do anesthesia properly. There was not much bleeding afterwards. I recovered very quickly. I am one of medics myself. My experience told me how luck I am. I have been in UK and US in the last 30 years. I missed one of my previous dentist so much for 10 years when I was in US. That was Mr. HMP Smish in Chedlehome. He is the best dentist I have ever know. In fact, Mr. Smith has been voted as the best dentist of the year 2010s. I was so worried when he was retired a couple years ago. For two years, 2013 and 2014, I was seeking a dentist in Manchester who accept NHS patients. I find one, but he was so poor. He broke two of my teeth when he tried to make extraction. I thought this might be the level of Manchester dental care. I carried the broken teeth for 1-2 years until one of them caused severe gun problem. I went to Fog Lane with no confidence before I saw Mr. Saeid. a half hour later, I found I was so lucky. I found another one who is the best of all I have ever known. Mr. Smith was very famous. Some one among my colleagues in the Manchest Medical School introduced me to Mr. Smith. I was so happy when he accept me whilst his office has already been full of patients wanting his care. In contrast, I find Mr. Saeid without previous knowledge. But he is just the same good as the Mr. Smith, who has been famous as the 'Best dentist in Manchester (or whole UK?), I said again and again to my colleagues in the University of Manchester and UCSF in US that I have been looked after by Mr. Smith, who is really extremely good. I missed him when I was in US. I was very much worried when he was retiring. I got the feeling that Mr. Saeid saved my life after my gun and TMJ problems were cured by him. I have no hesitation to ask Mr. Saeid if he could install a denture for me. To my surprise, the denture costs me so little money and the service was so good. I asked if I could pay more money from deep in my heart. Not like some dentists these days who are put the money as the first priority. Mr. Saeid refused me to pay more money to the dental practice. Such noble man becomes a rare species those days in the field of dental care. I feel very lucky that there are still good dentists, such as Mr. Smith and Saeid, who pay more attention to the profession than money. My wife Ka-loh Li paid 8000 dollars in UCSF for one of her denture when the insurance paid half when we live in San Francisco. The one made in UCSF was a good denture, but is expensive too. I was very surprised when I saw the Fog Lane charge so little money for everything. Finally I would like to say both Mr. Smith and Mr. Saeid are the best dental surgeon in the world (I have been in Manchester for 30 years and San Francisco 10 years and experienced many dentists. I think I am in the position to make the comments). I think we are very lucky to have dentist like Mr. Saeid around. I just want to say that I appreciated so much when my teeth, including gun and TMJ, stopped troubling me after seeing Mr. Saeid. I love NHS more now because the system gives us the best care when we have Doctors like Mr. Smith and Saeid being around.
