“I can't find a rating high enough for Lea, who as had the endless patience to work with me since 2019 when I approached her over issues in my marriage. It has been a journey, but the space and insight Lea offers, along with her vast encyclopaedic knowledge has been invaluable in helping me through almost every life event that has hit me over the last 4 years. Particularly good for those of us who have ADHD as Lea offers additional insight in this area. Calm, friendly, down to earth, caring and engaging - I can't think of anything else you would want from a counsellor that this therapy hasn't provided (above and beyond is an understatement) - Thank You Lea for your help and guidance over the last 4 years.”

“Had to go here for a C spine MRI and I was so nervous and worried but the place has a really relaxing atmosphere in very posh surroundings, the scanner is down a few steps but they have a lift if needed. There were few people in and I was taken straight down. Had my own changing room and locker for valuables and the technicians were so lovely I can’t fault it. I had my head in a cradle which was better for me and my claustrophobia coz I could see the room n my feet and not the roof of the scanner. They provided ear buds and headphones with the radio on. I cud have fallen asleep if it was any longer. I was referred via the nhs. I would really recommend going here. I’m actually a bit disappointed my next MRI in 2 weeks is not here! Lol, I no complaints at all.”

I couldn't recommend him more. The receptionists are also extremely friendly and professional. My life is finally getting back on track and it's thanks to the well being centre.”

“I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with this centre. The care and compassion Sandra showed during our very first phone call was sincere and genuinely heartfelt. She took the time to really listen and I had every confidence she had the necessary insight to find the right therapist from the centre to begin sessions with my daughter. To have this level of care from the very start was so reassuring. Sandra really respects that it takes courage to make that first phone call and she holds space for you at a time when you most need it. I have every confidence in the therapist Sandra has put us in touch with and knowing that she is still available as a point of contact is such a wonderful support. I have been helped by this service in so many ways and have been given so many tools and skills I didn't have before. You have to go into it committed, open and honest. It's not a magic wand it's really hard work, and it isn’t for everyone, but what you put in you will get out. If you want a magic overnight cure this might not be right for you, but if you need gentle support and compassion while you gradually rebuild yourself and your life then this is definitely the right service.”

“I was very doubtful when I first started my high intensity therapy due to having past bad experiences. My therapist Abida has been absolutely amazing and listened to me and what I want and do not want in relation to wording of things. This was from the very start so this enabled us to begin this journey with knowing what to expect from each other. I am not going to lie and say it was plain sailing because it was far from it reliving and revealing hidden memories but with the help of Abida and her compassion and empathy I am now in a much better place and have the tools to be able to keep going in my therapeutic journey. Never once did I feel judged or patronised whilst in my sessions like before. Abida has been my absolute rock throughout this painful and traumatic experience and I am so so appreciative of the help, support and guidance that I have received. I understand not all therapists are the same but set boundaries and ground rules for you both at the beginning and please listen to your therapist they know what they are doing, and as tough as it gets please do NOT give up it's worth it in the end I promise.
