“Staying one night in Manchester, and saw this Caribbean place, so had to give it a try, I got the rice and peas with goat curry, and a lamb patty. The food tasted so good! I got the normal portion which was just right, the mutton just fell apart it was so tender, I would highly recommend this place for your Caribbean fix. The music in the place has be wanting to move, the only downfall was that I had a long walk back to my hotel, but the food was worth the walk”

“We ate in here this evening and it was the best Thai meal we’ve ever had. Went for the salt and pepper ribs and spring rolls to start. The meat on the ribs fell off the bone and the spring rolls were so fresh. The mains were stunning too, salt and pepper chicken with rice and crispy pork, along with the signature loaded fries (topped with chicken and steak slices and leathered in a lovely spicy mayo, barbecue sauce, fresh chillis and spring onion). It was enough to feed four, honestly the portions are huge. It’s a shame not more people were in, because this place is so nice and the price is reasonable for excellent and fresh food. The service is a little slow, but the lady waiting on was lovely and I suppose may have been helping out in the kitchen. The chef also came out when we were leaving to have a chat with us, who was really friendly and welcoming. Overall a lovely meal and will definitely go back.”

“Helen street chippy is a fantastic chip shop in peel green. Located on the corner on Helen street. Parking is street parking only but I've never had an issue finding a place. The staff are nice. There's a cold drinks fridge at an average price. The chips are lovely. Two types of curry sauce. Always hot and tasty food. Would recommend and I'm a regular customer here”

“The best coffee house in Monton…hands down! Me and my partner popped in recently and we both agreed straight away that this is our favourite coffee spot ever. The atmosphere is cosy, welcoming and just what you want from a local coffee house and the staff were so friendly! I ordered the steak eggs Benedict with chorizo, and honestly… it was the best breakfast I’ve ever had. The steak was tender, the eggs were cooked perfectly, and the chorizo added the most incredible flavour. I absolutely loved it! The coffee was amazing too, smooth, rich and clearly made with care. We absolutely love this place and will definitely keep coming back. Highly recommend to anyone in Monton looking for great food, perfect coffee and lovely service! ☕✨”

“I have been going to this barbers for years. I am always delighted by the excellent haircuts and beard trims I receive there. They go the extra mile e. g. with a hot towel, and are very good value too. Antalya used to be on my way to work until five years ago. I currently work in the opposite direction but nevertheless make special trips to get my hair cut here because they always leave me looking and feeling good.”

“Got there at lunchtime and it was lovely and quiet. I went for the standard carvery and the other half had the chicken burger. The carvery was lovely and fresh with good sizes of meat. The chicken burger was good, apparently, but the coleslaw let it down. All in all a good quick stop off for a lunch that was hot and a good size. The cake slices were huge!”

“Apartment was clean, spacious and all the kitchen utensils and appliances were very handy. Property was easily accessible and a great location with shops and takeaways close by and for getting straight onto the motorway. We had a very comfortable sleep and would definitely choose to stay here in the future. The free street parking right next to the property was a plus. All round excellent stay and great value for money.”

“The food is incredibly tasty. All meat I've had from here has not had any fat on and is absolutely quality food. The portions are big, especially the Kebabs they are very filling with nice tender meat all through, no gaps in the bread. Sauces are flavourful and salad is always a nice combination amount, doesn't taste watery it's juicy. Food always taste fresh and delicious. The pricing is excellent and very generous for the quality of the amazing food. The portions are impressive and will hit the spot. Overall I would recommend this food to anyone and definitely one of the best tasting takeouts I've had. The service is top notch, the service is very polite and respectful. I don't have any complaints. It is very tidy and clean. You can tell preparation for each meal they make it catered to with detail as you can see the kitchen in the back were all is prepared.. They cooks are also very respectful, tidy and amazing at making the food taste delicious!!! Treat others with respect and you shall receive it back. I have never waited more than 10 minutes for my food. The food has always been hot and wrapped well and given with kindness. Thank you!”

“My food arrived early and piping hot. The delivery man was so polite. I live in flats and had come downstairs to collect, he told me next time I don't need to come down and he would bring it to my door which I thought was lovely. I love the food from here, always full of flavour and tasty. The portions are really big too. If your looking for great food then I would definitely recommend. Thanks jade garden. “Due to traffic I was totally late for check in but the staff were lovely and still got me in, the place is massive and when I got to my room It was spotless. The room was simply immaculate, no dirt or dust and very spacious, the bed was tidy and comfortable. There was coffee and tea stuff to help yourself to, a phone if i need any assistance and the view was lovely, the scape of Eccles looked like stars, bathroom was also amazing. Honestly it's the nicest place I've stayed in a while, I book a lot of hotels for trips and this was one I couldn't fault at all. I'd definitely stay again and will be adding it to my favourites!”
