Freya & Carla we’re fantastic right from the beginning, working with our theme of Peter rabbit and even ordering bespoke stickers to fit with our theme. “Wanted to order a Bunty bed for a new puppy (never had a dog before), but wasn't sure on a few things. Ended up calling Bunty directly and their customer staff were really helpful. “Brilliant place to visit. Well stocked and plenty to choose from. We went for a lamp for our tortoise table and the staff were really helpful and knew exactly what we needed. Also helped us with a new substrate and a thermometer. There was plenty of parking too so it was easy to load the car. I can recommend Swell reptiles and will definitely be going again.”

He was nervous to start with and didn't want me to leave him but the staff made him feel welcome and now he has the brightest smile ever when I take him into the baby's room.
