“I was having some trouble with 2 piercings i had done less local to me, which had got infected and the ball had come off one of them. I came to inkspire in a panic looking for advice, and the piercer professionally cleaned all of my piercings on that ear and put the ball back on for me - free of charge. I can’t recommend inkspire enough for their professionalism and kindness.”

“I'd highly recommend eating at the Clink, the food was great and it was for a good cause. We would visit again if we're in the area. Perfect if you're visiting Quarry Bank. We had a lovely Sunday dinner here, with the lovely veg and roasties. The charred mackeral starter was marvellous, as was the panna cotta. The staff were pleasant, with great service and reasonable prices. Good toilet facilties, including disabled loo. Access ramp in place for wheeled entry, terrain mostly flat with parking located near the entrance”

“We've been coming here as part of our programme MCR Social, asking Projekts to delivery inclusive sessions for the disabled and neurodivergent teens we work with - it has been absolutely amazing! Luke, the instructor, is a fantastic and very supportive coach! Very friendly and approachable, he really helps everyone feel welcomed and at ease, and expertly manages to work with the group who have quite a range of abilities - we've seen some really amazing development, with people clearly growing independence and confidence from the sessions. It's been a massive success and we're so thrilled, the whole group is so excited to visit every time! A big thanks to Luke and everyone at Projekts, as well as Alex and John who helped organise the sessions! We can't wait to come back :-)”

“I had no idea that Pilates would bring such amazingness into life! I love the teachers, the variety of exercises, the different levels available from beginner to advance. I love how I feel afterwards. My body is so much stronger, supple, flexible and without pain since I started at Equilibrium. I also feel and look slimmer and firmer and understand so much more about my body. Not only this but emotionally its a really healthy place - if I ever arrive feeling stressed with the day to day stuff that takes its toll, I always leave with this gone and feeling bright and cheery! “We went for Smugs one man show which was absolutely brilliant, it is a small theatre and worked well to give a really intimate feel. A lot going on behind the scenes to provide such a great show, for me it was everything the theatre should be, special mention for front of house staff who were lovely. Wish them ATB for the future.”

She had her 2 year development check and the health visitor was pleasantly surprised that she could jump with both her feet above the ground all by herself at this young age. All thanks to Ellen’s effort, she puts so much thought into each session , it has really paid off.”

“The most nurturing dance school with exceptional training, exceptionally caring teachers and a standard of dance education that is second to non. So very thankful for all CPA do for my daughter and seeing how much she has flourished under their care, training and guidance during the past 3 years has been a joy to see. We travel quite a distance to attend CPA, but is worth every mile and cannot recommend enough. My daughter is now going onto attend the Classical Pathway Btec course at CPA and we are over the moon that this is an option for dancers leaving school wishing to consider a career within this industry. Central performing arts truly is a magical place where a child’s love of dance is inspired by teachers who really do have their best interests at heart, in addition to being industry professionals who have themselves worked or are still working/performing.
