It felt like homely luxury! The layout worked really well in terms of the number of bathrooms etc. It was the perfect place to get family and bridesmaids together before the wedding and such a beautiful place to get ready on the wedding morning itself. Would definitely recommend.”

“We had a dinner at this restaurant. It was a delicious meal and a very pleasant evening. The service was fabulous and the atmosphere was very relaxing, all the guests around us looked happy. The restaurant was well designed, very cosy and elegant. All the dishes were beautifully served and delicious. We were even offered a freebie, appetiser, before our meals. We were very pleased that we found this restaurant and definitely would recommend it. I also liked very much Black Sheep Ale.”

“A nice fine dining restaurant with absolutely delicious food. We visited the restaurant for lunch and it was an amazing experience. There are various options for both vegetarian and non vegetarians. “My husband booked a surprise evening for us to see Macbeth. Upon arrival we were greeted by some lovely people and they were happy to answer a few questions we had. We arrived early as we’d read that the waiting area and bar can get a little busy. Drinks prices were reasonable and plenty of choice. I was pleasantly surprised when we then went through to the auditorium, it was bigger than I thought and everything looked great - the stage set was brilliant! The seats are comfortable and with a little break to stretch the legs helped. The theatre is set within a residential area so you may need to park and walk a little to it, this was no problem for us. I have to say the play itself was absolutely fantastic and well done to all the actors. The fight scenes were exciting, the weird sisters and their “bubbling” cauldron was great and the demise of Macbeth into utter madness was acted out brilliantly. We’ll definitely be visiting again. Our only disappointment is that we have to wait until next year to see another play - but we’ll definitely be there. Thanks for a great evening!”

“I called in off chance to see if they could clean my rings. Tamsin served me, she was extremely welcoming with a very professional, friendly manner. I waited for my rings to be cleaned and 10 minutes later they came back perfectly polished and sparkling. I was very pleased with the excellent service and I highly recommend it.”

Lucy was amazing and really helpful during the planning and on the day everything went exactly as it should all the staff were amazing on the day! jake was so helpful the night before accomadating a big party for food and was amazing on the wedding day too. John our master of ceromonies was fabulous too. All guests commented on how lovely there room was. We used the Delamere suite to get ready and for our wedding night and it was perfect. “Fantastic venue. We had a 2 day golf event here. The course and facilities were fantastic. The breakfast was great and the evening meal very good. It has a separate area for the golfers to eat and drink which overlooks the gold course (although breakfast area is shared with the hotel). A few used the spa area which they said was very nice. Service was good.”

We had the Lobster Mac and cheese, cheese Soufflee, ragu pasta and beef burger. All delicious. The new manager went the extra mile for my birthday, making us feel so special and welcome.
