The hotel is beautifully designed, the room was stylish and comfortable, and the location is ideal, right in the city but surprisingly quiet, even with the trams nearby. The staff were friendly, the bar downstairs was great for a drink, and breakfast in the morning was solid. The only small hiccup was that I'd requested a sewing kit, and it didn’t get brought up as promised, so I had to go down to reception to get it myself, which made me a bit late. I understand things get busy, though. Aside from that, everything else was great. I’ve stayed at a few Hotel Indigos and this one definitely held up, I’d be happy to stay again.”

“I had a great stay at the Crowne Plaza Manchester. The rooms were modern, clean, and really comfortable — exactly what you want after a long day. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout, which made the whole experience even better. Breakfast was absolutely spot on with plenty of choice and everything cooked perfectly. A special mention goes to the reception team, who were extremely helpful and informative. Nothing was too much trouble, and they made check-in and check-out smooth and stress-free. Overall, a fantastic stay. I’d definitely return and highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Manchester.”

“Thanks to all at Cullens for their professional advise, my flowers were beautifully arranged , delivered exactly on the day . I was advised that the large supermarkets & on line suppliers buy flowers in bulk when the prices are right . they are then kept in freeezing temperatures until needed ( sometimes up to 10 months ) when purchased they are poor quality & they last only a few days This florist uses only fresh seasonal flowers which they get direct from the growers on a twice weekly basis , they will last three, four, or five times longer.”

“Me and my mum went to zizzi on a Sunday afternoon ( expecting it to be busy but pleasantly surprised and was quiet plus school holidays) I had a free birthday meal to use and have been meaning to go to zizzi for a while so perfect opportunity Prior to going already knew what I was getting the vegan aubergine meatball pizza and 6 layer lasagna ( both cooked to perfection and went very well together!) The pizza had a spicy kick , super thin base and delicious toppings while the lasagna had a unique layers with a rich tomato sauce , pesto and crispy kale ( if seen in supermarkets and been tempted to buy from the freezer but glad I had in store ) The service was professional, welcoming and super good with allergens , overall a great time and highly recommend For families , dates , solo the perfect meal that’s reasonably priced , have a range of offers and deals plus if you get the app get perkz like this so the bill was 1/2 price and came to 2 for 1 on mains plus had a cider”

“I've rated this as a five star as I believe previously this place has suffered some bad reviews. It's not a 5 star place, It's not fancy or modern. It was warm enough for me and comfortable, peaceful and a short walk to the train station. Excellent value for money, half the price of the Travelodge down the road. I will likely stay again in the future.”

“Been living at Globe House for almost a year now and feel very at home. The apartment is finished to a high standard and building facilities are fantastic - who doesn’t want to unwind in a spa! The management team are brilliant, nothing is ever too much trouble and any problems are solved straight away. Additionally, they are all so friendly and it’s lovely to pop by for a chat. Location is great, really easy to pop into the city and a very short walk to the train station. I would highly recommend living here!”

“We were so excited for our wedding flowers in the lead up to the wedding and they did not disappoint! All communication with Hollie running up to the day was a breeze, even when MOB and MOG couldn't decide what colours they wanted their corsages to be! Nothing was a problem. I've also never seen such an array of flower species all in one bundle before! Hollie also managed to source tulips, in August! (Dutch background, so this was incredible), which we never expected to be possible. Hollie was with us bright and early on the day, gave clear instructions, and set up the venue perfectly. All was well, flowers great, but on the funeral day in the rush of the day and mourning nobody got the cards from out of the flowers but Sam said he found them and would send them out. It took a while but they apologised for the delay and even sent a greetings card with the cards inside which was a nice gesture. Thank you”
