I was extremely nervous on my first appointment but on entering Jill the receptionist helped to put me at ease, Tim and his assistant where also brilliant, explaining everything step by step. I had 2 follow up appointments booked the same day for the treatment required, unfortunately I had to cancel the 1st as I was unwell, Jill was very understanding and concerned and there was no problem cancelling the appointment and another appointment was made Jill rang me the day after my first treatment to check I was ok and Tim also offered to see me again if there were any issues. “This is an amazing dental practice which I am new to this week, especially if you have a fear of the dentist - from all of the receptionists to the dental nurses and dentist, I had Dr Nuha Zeiton, professional, kind, understanding and patient, a genius at her profession, I was welcomed as soon as I walked in with so much care and attention from the reception team, I was then greeted by the nurses who were going to be with me during the procedure who were both kind and reassuring I had a Temporary Crown with Dr Nuha under sedation and her gentleness goes along way with nervous patients like myself, from the moment I was in the chair I was not rushed, just slowly comforted and then the next thing I new - it was all finished. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart- Dental Fear is awful but I would truly recommend Dr Nuha and the team at BUPA Dental Care Timperley. Nina Smith”

“Such a lovely experience. Had the Mix and Match Spa treatments here today - salt scrub, massage and facial, and can't recommend the spa and the staff highly enough. I'm pregnant and was a little nervous before I went, but my therapist, Aimee, was brilliant. She made sure I was comfy and that my bump was supported throughout. The treatments were excellent and felt like real luxury. Aimee worked specifically on my extra tight muscles - not something you usually get at a cosmetic spa, so that was a huge unexpected bonus. The spa atmosphere itself is lovely, great products and lovely staff throughout my visit. Would definitely recommend!”

“My experience at Undone470 was fantastic. I originally called and explained I needed guidance as I hadn't had my hair coloured for a long time. Patrick was very understanding and booked me with Shauna and Jenny. When I went to my appointment, I was so pampered. The team really knows how to look after their customers. I was very happy with my hair but wasn't sure about the way the colour turned out. Shauna wasn't happy with it so she asked me to come back for it to be redone. And again, I was pampered and the final result was amazing. Excellent customer service from beginning to end, I cannot recommend this team enough!”
