I recently adopted a cat from Cats Protection and she was in dire need of a good pamper. These guys went above and beyond to ensure Nancy had an incredible experience, every question I had was answered and just gave me such comfort in knowing my cat would be very well looked after, even with the extra attention that Nancy needed it wasn't too much. Already booked a return date to ensure that my pet is getting the best possible care. Thank you guys so much for giving my Nancy the much needed love she deserves.”

“I have just completed the level 3 dog grooming diploma at The Paw Pad, I have had an amazing 1-1 experience with kind, friendly and experienced tutors. I felt comfortable and confident when handling the dogs in the salon knowing that I had full support by the staff. The owner Al was also able to provide amazing tips and tricks from a business perspective which has set me on the right path to becoming an Independent dog groomer. So polite, attentive and to be honest the best restaurant service I've had in a while! After discovering i had been removed from the list of my NHS dentist after covid, where I had been a patient since a child (over 30yrs) I began the search for a new dentist and BD was recommended. I have been visiting the clinic for years and every experience has been a positive and uplifting experience, Joanne has gone above and beyond and even beyond that to ensure not only the effectiveness of my treatment but also my comfort, my well being, my priorities etc. are all taken care of. “Excellent service I take my daughter to get hair done. My daughter has a sensitive scalp and it hurts her to comb her hair. the staff are good with her and she doesn't cry when they comb her hair. I also used one of their specialist oils for my hair which was thinning and nearly balled I have noticed a significant Improvement in hair growth around that area of my head. Outstanding place friendly staff.”

“I went here today for an appointment with Hope after getting in touch through Facebook, she answered me within half an hour and I got booked in 2 days later .Having explained what the problem was Hope clearly explained what treatment I could have and put me at ease .I haven't been to a hairdressers for over 4 years due to a bad experience. My hair was dull ,thick very brittle and had no style at all however after just over an hour and half I have left feeling like a new woman, my hair is level , styled and feels great .My family said I looked amazing which has given me a boost in confidence. I have now booked to have the 6 months treatment with Hope again and will keep going to her in the future .I cannot recommend her enough.”
