Every time I've gone in, they have been super friendly and I have never been overcharged (I would say undercharged if anything.) I have an old car, and they don't fix without consent, they've always checked things with me first before proceeding. This makes me have a lot of faith in them. The man that fixed my car today was working on a Saturday (his usual day off) but still took time to have a good old fashioned chinwag with me afterwards.
