“Absolutely amazing. Cannot fault the customer service here, especially Sophie. My car had so many issues since purchase, and this was my first MOT since I bought the vehicle. No issues were disclosed when I bought the car but Sixfields Autocentre picked them up immediately, and fixed them all within 3 days. They updated me throughout the 3 days to let me know what was happening and when my car would be ready. There was a delay in the repair process but I was kept informed by Sophie who was extremely apologetic about the inconvenience, and explained why there was a delay. Cannot thank all the staff enough for being so kind and helpful during a stressful time. Definitely will be returning!”

“Can't fault this garage. We bought a used car with their usual warranty deal. 3 months in, a part broke down which can happen even on a brand new car. We took it in and they fixed it, honouring the warranty. After the nightmares we have had in the past with another garage, it is refreshing to meet a garage that upholds their agreements and not just that, they fit you in when it suits you. “My car a Jaguar XF required a new windscreen. After two new windscreens and lots of goes at calibrating them the car needed to go to a Jaguar dealer. Jaguar dealer had issues too and put their windscreen in. third windscreen proved not to be straightforward and took three days to calibrate it. I would like to thank the guys at National windscreen. I was looked after throughout the whole difficult process and kept informed. I can 100% recommend their service and support even though my car was an issue.”

“Chose Kwikfit to fit our new tyres on our Ford fiesta. The price they quoted over the phone was the price they charged on the day. Steven very friendly and helpful. 5 days later I had a puncture in one of my other tyres and AA had to fit my spare. Drove to kwikfit as luckily they are open til 8 on a Wednesday. I was advised the tyre was not repairable and again a quick tyre change and charged the price i was quoted. Then a few hours later I thought about checking all my tyres and noticed air was coming out of one when I tried to pump it up, back to kwikfit again and nothing was too much trouble. They pumped all tyres up for me and did this free of charge! Excellent service for all 3 times I’ve been there this week!”
