“Used these guys for a couple of years now after a recommendation from two friends and I can see why. Had a couple of services, MOTs, and went in today for work on my headlight. Every time I've gone in, they have been super friendly and I have never been overcharged (I would say undercharged if anything.) I have an old car, and they don't fix without consent, they've always checked things with me first before proceeding. This makes me have a lot of faith in them. The man that fixed my car today was working on a Saturday (his usual day off) but still took time to have a good old fashioned chinwag with me afterwards. I would completely understand if he wanted to rush things in order to get home, but he didn't. I would definitely recommend these as I have always gotten top customer service”

Pregnant wife brought our old KA in fearing the worst after Halfords managed to make a mess of changing a bulb and causing more suspected wiring issues. “My car a Jaguar XF required a new windscreen. After two new windscreens and lots of goes at calibrating them the car needed to go to a Jaguar dealer. Jaguar dealer had issues too and put their windscreen in. third windscreen proved not to be straightforward and took three days to calibrate it. I would like to thank the guys at National windscreen. I was looked after throughout the whole difficult process and kept informed. I can 100% recommend their service and support even though my car was an issue.”

“Brilliant place, classic MK2 Golf GTi 8v would not start. AA guy was convinced it was the starter, Fenlake ordered starter in ahead of me dropping the car off! And then it wasn't the starter but some failing alarm system. This makes Fenlake amazing as they could have just fitted the pre-ordered starter anyway and charged me more, but they didn't, just bypassed the ancient alarm. This honesty makes Fenlake a 10/10 place.”
