Everything was explained clearly as to why and the cost was given. Another phone call later in the day to say that it was all done and ready to collect. I was very pleased with the service especially as it was FREE for me as a Halfords registered customer! The male Halfords worker was prompt in attendance following purchase, he was polite and courteous, he was clear in verbal instructions requiring me to turn on lights, pop car bonnet etc, and he was clear in explaining results and that all would be emailed to me the same day. I felt confident in his ability to do his job well.”

During inspection, one of the wipers came off (due to jet wash prior to taking to the garage), so it was kindly clipped back in by one of the technicians and the car pass the test.
