I went in and got dealt with by 3 different guys (2 in the warehouse and 1 on the till) and all 3 were equally very helpful, and customer service as good as that is as rare as rocking horse s ..t in todays day and age. I dont know if I caught evey1 on a good day but fair play to them! Good service doesn't cost anything and happy customers make the company money!”

“The service is amazing. We are getting some work done in the garden and our landscaper gave us a scribbled list of products to buy. Chris in branch was very patient and went through the list line by line, explaining when needed and making recommendations. I thought that would be the end of the great service, but the delivery driver Mark was amazing. One of our neighbors is lovely (to us), but anyone parking outside or doing deliveries is in for a hard time. I should have warned next door that I was having a delivery, but I will be honest I couldn’t face it, sorry. As soon as the first pallet was in the air he was out supervising the delivery, but Mark took it all in his stride. There was a lot to off load and not much space, but it so neat and tidy not impacting our neighbors, how Mark didn’t even roll his eyes I don’t know he actually deserves a medal, thank you”

“Looked up Bedford TP to order some decking boards; opened up a trade account online within minutes then noticed the earliest delivery date was just over a week away. Called up and Amber agreed to deliver it 2 days later. In the additional notes section of the order I put “please no twisted split or bent boards” I ordered 15% more as historically you have to with decking. The boards that arrived were literally impeccable not a single one I couldn’t use. No need to order extra next time!! These guys are top drawer. Very very accommodating and their decking boards are the best I have used!!!”

“Goods as expected. Delivery - From an initial hitch not being able to deliver goods the staff at Travis Perkins in Wolverton completely turned things around! We couldn't have had better service! They went out of their way to redeliver in a smaller vehicle AND to deliver right into our property which is not actually what is meant to happen (it is a kerbside service) My husband has cancer and they unloaded directly into our back garden to save us doing it ourselves! I cannot thank you enough for your help!”
