I know that when my car is playing up they will give me a number of solutions to consider, and the cost associated, before completing any work. They have even travelled out to my house, outside of Kempston, today to take a look at the car (as it won't start) before giving me advice on my options. I can't see any reason why I'd stop using the garage in the future either.”

“Took my car in for a very tricky issue. Ford were unable to find the issue and wanted north of £100 to diagnose even if they cant the fault. So i got recommended to Justin by a friend who took his BMW M5 there. Not only was Justins trouble shooting top notch. He ran diagnostics, fixed the issue even though the problem originated from a whole other place that he found by the way and then helped out on another issue i was having which turned to be just a loose wire behind the bumper. RECOMMENDED HIGHLY. FRIENDLY SERVICE REASONABLE PRICE HIGHLY SKILLED HONEST”

“Fantastic customer service. Yesterday morning (Sunday) I bought a headlight bulb for my car based on a video I watched how to remove and fit the bulb. It turned out to be the wrong bulb and by the time I realised it was to late and they were closed. I panicked as I knew I would be driving in the car Monday morning, so I had no choice but to go elsewhere to get a bulb. I came back to PDM today (Monday) to ask for a refund (which was embarrassing). They were very friendly and professional about it. I will definitely be using their services in the future.”

I made an online query and had a response within 30 minutes, a quote within the hour which was very competitive compared to a lot of garages locally. We arranged a time and date and this was stuck to, very friendly service from Ash and his colleague who promptly carried out the work required in a professional manner on my driveway. I did not feel forced to purchase anything more than I needed and Ash clearly knew his stuff completing a very decent repair on my Astra. Will certainly be using ARV Mobile Mechanic again and will be recommending it to others.”
