“Car booked for MOT and service. Drop off was quick and easy. I got a phone call a few hours later to go through works that were needed. Everything was explained clearly as to why and the cost was given. Another phone call later in the day to say that it was all done and ready to collect. Staff were very helpful and happily explained all of the work again to make sure I was happy when collecting the car. Can’t fault them as they keep you informed and are happy to go through anything with you.”

“Fantastic customer service. Yesterday morning (Sunday) I bought a headlight bulb for my car based on a video I watched how to remove and fit the bulb. It turned out to be the wrong bulb and by the time I realised it was to late and they were closed. I panicked as I knew I would be driving in the car Monday morning, so I had no choice but to go elsewhere to get a bulb. “Can’t recommend this place enough. Very trustworthy and honest guys, I used to take my vehicles to this garage when it was under the previous management. I have to say, I was a bit worried when I found out it had been taken over, but I am more than happy with the new management, and all of the guys who work there. Last week I called up to get my battery checked (as I was having trouble starting my car) and the guys managed to fit me in the same day. I dropped it off and they found that the positive connection was loose, tightened it up and ran some tests for me straight away, no new battery needed! I had mentioned it needed a service at some point, so while they had the car, they gave it a once over for me, checking the tyres, brakes, exhaust etc and let me know what they thought needed doing. They didn’t put any pressure on me to go through them for this work, but they were very reasonably priced when I compared the labor costs to other garages and I will be taking my car back to them to have this work done. I also took my horse box there for its MOT last month and, although it is very old, it passed with flying colors, no work needed. Which was such a relief as I’m sure many other garages would have made up something just to squeeze more money out of me. I will definitely be continuing to take my vehicles to these guys in the future.”
