“Really obliging(both customer services and the technician that came out) and excellent job on the car. The car was scheduled in for a Friday but my car was still in a garage after other work being fixed from the day before that had overrun. It kept getting delayed but instead of the AVG technician thinking of an early finish Friday, he suggested I call the garage and see if he can go further out of his way to go to the garage and carry out the work there in between the vehicle being repaired at the garage. That really does deserve a mention so thank you Jordan.”

“Good, honest, reliable mechanics. I haved used them for many years, over 3 cars and never had an issue. Realistic time frames and competitive prices. Wouldn't take my car anywhere else. They always seem to want to be able to assist and are trustworthy mechanics. Had to use another garage for 2023's MOT, due to lack of planning on my part and Thompson not having availability. Big mistake! Wouldn't take my car anywhere else now. They do get booked up fast, but feel that is a sign of a good garage.”

I made an online query and had a response within 30 minutes, a quote within the hour which was very competitive compared to a lot of garages locally. We arranged a time and date and this was stuck to, very friendly service from Ash and his colleague who promptly carried out the work required in a professional manner on my driveway. I did not feel forced to purchase anything more than I needed and Ash clearly knew his stuff completing a very decent repair on my Astra.
