Everything was explained clearly as to why and the cost was given. Another phone call later in the day to say that it was all done and ready to collect. “Fantastic customer service. Yesterday morning (Sunday) I bought a headlight bulb for my car based on a video I watched how to remove and fit the bulb. It turned out to be the wrong bulb and by the time I realised it was to late and they were closed. I panicked as I knew I would be driving in the car Monday morning, so I had no choice but to go elsewhere to get a bulb. I came back to PDM today (Monday) to ask for a refund (which was embarrassing). They were very friendly and professional about it. I will definitely be using their services in the future.”
