All the staff are friendly and so supportive. I love the inclusivity of baby bears and the extra event they put on for mothers day. Fathers day and even getting involved in different cultural holidays.”

The nursery manager, Lidia,is a godsend, always around and happy to help and provide guidance. Especially as new parents we have plenty of questions over processes and what’s “normal” so to have her to help is priceless to reassure us. Seen a couple of comments to the contrary (suspiciously posted at almost identical times) but it’s no way representative of reality.
