“After a dreadful experience trying to place an order online and being told to wait 72 hours before trying again, I visited the Kempton branch near Bedford to try and purchase the items I required. I spoke with the Assistant Manager, Ben White, who was so helpful and professional in dealing with my complaint, that I would give him 10 stars if I could! With Ben's assistance, I managed to purchase most of the items that I wanted. However Boots need to update their online website inline with other retailers who can resolve ordering problems immediately. WELL DONE Ben, you restored my faith in shopping at Boots again.”

“We had such a a good customer service experience at this Pets at Home today, Emma was so helpful and gave lots of advice on how to cut my nervous guinea pig's nails.
