Having seen and experienced other groomers leaving dogs in crates in separate rooms or outdoor kennels before and after grooms, I never wanted to experience hearing my girl cry in a back crate again. Robyn will let you know the groom is nearly finished so pickups are swift. The grooms are also thorough and impeccable. Freya's had two grooms and I haven't been disappointed, while previous groomers have left knots and burrs deep in her coat while reporting she was an easy groom. I also love the booking system through the app. Others may prefer phone calls, but knowing I can request a groom at any time of day, and not interrupt any current grooms, is just an extra convenience I haven't experienced before. 10/10.”
